• How do I withdraw my Dynadot account balance?

  To withdraw your Dynadot account balance, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "Payments" from the left-side menu bar and click "Payout Log" on the right. Select "Request Payout". If your account is locked, you will be prompted to unlock your account before proceeding. Unlocking your account will require you to enter your "Security PIN" (as well as a Token Code if you have set up Google Authenticator and/or an SMS Code if you have SMS set up). After entering the necessary information to unlock your account, click the "Unlock Account" button. This will take you back to the payouts page where you can enter the "Payout Amount" and select your preferred currency & payout method from the drop-down menu. Depending on the type of method you select, you may be prompted to submit additional information. Click the "Request Payout" button. NOTE: If you select PayPal, there may be an additional fee. Unfortunately this is outside of our control and will be deducted from the payout amount. And please kindly note that Dynadot is not responsible for any additional fees that may be charged by PayPal or any other payment method providers. Please check our Payout Policy to ensure your account is eligible for a payout. Domain sale proceeds are deposited into your "Sales Balance" by default.   Yes, we offer payouts for both account credit and sales balance under the following conditions: Refund Eligibility: If your order is still eligible for a refund, please request a refund to the original payment method. Transaction Fees: A 5% processing fee applies to payouts from account credit to cover transaction-related costs. This fee is waived for payouts made from your sales balance. Minimum Payout Amounts (If your amount is lower than minimum, please check if it's eligible for a refund.): USD: $100 CNY: ¥700 Available Payout Methods: PayPal: Available for both account credit and sales balance payouts in USD. Payouts are sent to the email address you specify. Please note that PayPal may apply additional fees for payouts under $500. Alipay: Available for both account credit and sales balance payouts in CNY. Funds will be sent to the Alipay account associated with the specified email or phone number. Payoneer: Available for both account credit and sales balance payouts in USD. Check: Available for both account credit and sales balance payouts in USD. Bank Wire (Multi-Currency): Available for both account credit and sales balance payouts in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD, with a minimum payout amount of $2,000 USD. (If the amount is below $2,000, an additional $20.00 fee will be charged.) Account Verification: You may be required to verify your account details. Updating your account information will initiate a 30-day holding period before a payout can be processed. Processing Time: First-time payout requests may take 7–10 business days. Subsequent payouts typically require 2–5 business days. Payout Restrictions: Payout requests may be denied if we are unable to verify the account holder, or if any fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified or suspected. Account Age Requirements: Payouts from account credit require the account to be active for at least 6 months. Payouts from sales balance (e.g., Marketplace Sales) require the account to be active for at least 1 month. Bonus Forfeiture: Withdrawals of prepay credit on which a promotional bonus has been granted will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
