Dynadot Help

Dynadot supports domain fulfillment through Shopify AI-Powered storefronts, where users may discover and purchase domains inside AI assistants such as:

• ChatGPT
• Microsoft Copilot
• Perplexity

After purchase, domain ownership is transferred to Dynadot for account assignment and management.

How It Works

Dynadot will send a Claim Email containing the information below after you purchase a domain in Shopify:

• A claim link
• A unique token used to claim the domain

Claiming Your Domain

Case A: You Already Have a Dynadot Account

• Log in to your Dynadot account
• Open the claim link from your email
• Confirm the claim request
• Accept the domain into your account

Case B: You Do Not Have a Dynadot Account

• You will be prompted to create a new Dynadot account
• After registration, the domain will be assigned to your account
• Log in and accept the domain to complete the process

Domain Assignment Completion

Once the domain has been successfully accepted, it will immediately appear in your Dynadot control panel, where you can manage all standard domain settings.
