I lost my security key! How do I submit a "Lost Key" request?

If you lost or misplaced your security key, you will need to get your settings reset. To submit your reset request, please follow these steps:

  1. Please Sign in.
  2. Select "Security" from the "My Info" drop-down menu.
  3. Click on "Unlock Account" button.
  4. Click on the "Lost Security Key" link on the new page.
  5. Enter the answer to your secret question or select one of your secret questions if you have set up 3, and provide any additional information below. Please note that your secret answer must exactly match what you entered when you created it.
  6. Click on the "Submit Request" button to submit your request.

A Dynadot team member will review your request. Please allow 2 business days.
