How come my domain order has not processed yet?

Thanks for choosing Dynadot as your domain registrar! There are a couple of reasons why your domain order has not been processed:

  • Payment Status: Your order awaits payment completion. This could be due to a declined credit card, or for PayPal, Skrill, and Alipay, you might not have confirmed the payment link yet. We might also be awaiting confirmation from your payment processor.

  • Action Needed (if applicable): We sent a verification email to the address associated with your account. Please check your inbox (including spam) and take action if necessary.

  • Problem Status (if applicable): Due to an error, your order requires manual investigation from our team. We'll notify you as soon as it's resolved or if further action is needed on your end.

  • Manual Approval (if applicable): Your order requires manual review from our team. We'll notify you as soon as it's approved.

  • Aftermarket Order (if applicable): These types of orders are when you buy a domain off our Aftermarket pages. So any type of auctions or from the marketplace. These domains are already owned and expired and need to wait out the last of the grace renewal period. Or they are being sold by the domain owner and these just need a few days for our team to look over and approve.

  • Transfer Order (if applicable):
    • If you're transferring your domain to us and the transfer has been initiated, you may receive an email from your previous registrar with instructions on how to complete the transfer. If so, please respond to their instructions as soon as possible.

    • If you're transferring your domain away from us and the transfer away order has been created, please approve your transfer here within your dynadot account.
