Friday Five: 5 Ways to Search for Domains at Dynadot
Share Article
Whether you have one or plenty domain names in mind, our search tools are here to help you get results. Most people know they can go to dynadot.com to search for a domain, but you may be less familiar with the other search pages at your disposal. Don’t limit yourself, take advantage of these options:

1. Regular Search

What’s great about our homepage is you don’t have to waste time trying to find the search box. As soon as you get to our website, it’s evident you’re in the right place as the search bar is one of the first things you see. All you have to do is enter the domain name or the keyword(s) of interest and our system will start producing results. Find what you love and easily secure it as your own.

2. Bulk Search

If you’re interested in registering domains in bulk, our Bulk Search can help expedite the search process. No need to spend time checking each individual domain’s availability (unless you like to, of course) when our system can do it for you more quickly. Simply paste your domain list in the search box, separate them with a comma or whitespace, and voila! It only takes a few seconds for the results to appear and it’s easy to add the domains to your cart. Hit the “Check-all” option to add all available names or manually choose which ones you’d like to move forward with.

3. Advanced Search

The benefit of using our Advanced Search is being able to select which TLDs you actually want to see in your results. You can keep it simple and stick with just your favorite domain extensions or you can broaden your search and have a maximum of 200 TLDs set at a time. You can also rearrange the TLDs in alphabetical order making it more convenient to find the domain extensions you prefer. What’s awesome, too, is you don’t have to select your favorite TLDs each time if you set up your search TLD settings in your account. Handy, right?

4. IDN Search

We have a special place to search for Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs) and it really helps with the search process. Like our Advanced Search, you can filter the TLDs you want to see in results and alphabetize the domain extensions. Supported languages for each TLD can be found on this page as well in case you need to confirm a language.

5. Suggestion Tool Search

Sometimes you just don’t know where to start when it comes to registering a domain for your personal or professional website. Maybe you have some keywords in mind, but haven’t found the perfect match. Maybe the domain you really want is already taken. Our domain suggestion tool can help you curate a quality domain name and relieve some of that brainstorming pressure. And come on, who doesn’t like to feel more relaxed when possible?
